We were told better quality would cut our profits. We chose quality anyway, because the first bottle that went into our cooler was Vernit's.

The family behind the brand
Ver + Nit = Vernit.
Before Bummy Bum, there was just us: Nitin and me, two people who never needed much of an excuse to pack a bag and chase a sunset.
Then Vernit arrived and rearranged everything, beautifully. Our names became his name. Our weekends became feeds, naps, and the fine art of packing a bag that has everything.
We never stopped moving; we just started carrying more. Bottles to the golf range on Sunday mornings. Warm milk on the beach at golden hour. Expressed milk that had to stay cold all the way home. Every outing taught us something we wished someone had told us, and every product we couldn’t find became a sketch at our kitchen table.
So that’s how Bummy Bum began: not in a boardroom, but between sunsets and night feeds, with Nitin cheering me on and Vernit as our toughest tester.
It’s a love letter to our little family, and an open door to yours.
