Where It All Began
My name is Versha, and Bummy Bum was born from a simple frustration. As a new mother, I found myself searching endlessly for baby products that were both genuinely safe and beautifully designed — and coming up empty.
The market was full of products that were either functional but ugly, or beautiful but impractical. I couldn’t find anything that felt thoughtfully made for real parents living real lives. So I decided to create it myself.
Bummy Bum’s name is a little piece of our family — a blend of my name Versha and my husband Nitin’s, created for our baby Vernit. It’s a brand built from love, for families just like ours.
Our Philosophy
At Bummy Bum, we only create products that I would confidently use for Vernit. That single question — Would I use this for my own baby? — guides every decision we make, from the first sketch to the final product.
